Santahub accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All prices on the website are shown in euros and include applicable French VAT. Shipping is free, so the price you see at checkout is the total you pay. There are no hidden fees added at the final step.
Card payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored by Santahub. PayPal payments are completed through PayPal’s own checkout flow, subject to PayPal’s terms.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be created, and you will see a message at checkout. If you are charged but do not receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder first, then contact info@santahub.my with the email address used at checkout and the approximate time of payment. We will check the status and either confirm the order or arrange a refund of any duplicate charge.
